CALAHONDA DAY PARTY
On the fourth of July we will celebrate our traditional “Calahonda Day” party. As usual it will be held at the Calahonda Park by the Tree Nursery.
The celebration of this party started with the intention of the neighbours being able to share moments in a relaxed and festive atmosphere at a time of the year when there is good weather. This is possible thanks to everyone’s cooperation, the sponsors who supply the trophies for the competitions, the companies of the area who give presents for the children and the raffle. Also thanks to the EUC staff and the Board of Directors who cooperate selflessly. Of course the party wouldn’t be possible without the attendance of the neighbours of Sitio de Calahonda and therefore we encourage you to share this afternoon with us.
On Saturday the 4th of July our party will start with the traditional children’s games. At 7 p.m. we start with the entries and then we will have a sack race, ball games, etc. We would like to inform that if any parent is interested in helping out with the games, they a more than welcome. After the games there will be a bouncy castle where the children can jump about while their families rest from the games with a cool drink and something to eat from the bar that Club La Naranja has organised to raise funds for charity.
Once recovered from the children’s games, we will be ready to dance the night away with live music from about 9:30 p.m. until the body gives out.
