⚠️ Important Notice: Semester Fees

📅 Payment deadline: 31 December 2025

As the end of the semester approaches, we would like to remind all property owners of the importance of paying the community fees within the established deadline.

📘 Surcharge for late payment

According to Art. 49 of the Statutes,
if the fee is not paid within the voluntary period, a 20% surcharge will be applied to the outstanding amount.

📨 Responsibility of the owner

Although the Office usually sends reminders by post and email, each property owner is responsible for checking the status of their account and any existing debts.

👉 We kindly ask all members to check their payments and settle any outstanding amounts before the deadline to avoid surcharges.

✔️ Recommendation

To avoid oversights or delays, we recommend setting up a direct debit, ensuring that everything is kept up to date without any worries.
