- Maintenance of green belts to avoid an abandoned state.
- Watering and maintenance of gardens.
- Prune of palm trees and others when needed.
- Reparation of potholes and holes, including asphalting and ditches.
- Replacement of manholes and drain covers (regular sweeping and collection of rubbish).
- Painting of any kind of traffic signs on the ground.
- Cleaning of roads with a roadsweeper.
- Lighting of aprox. 2.000 lamp-posts.
- Replacement of bulbs, columns and lamp globes.
- Painting and maintenance of lamp-posts.
- Maintenance and replacement of electrical installations (lines, switch-boards, etc,).
Collection of garden rubbish:
- Collection and removal of grass, plant and tree cuttings, etc, of the owners of the Urbanization to the rubbish dump (collection plan-timetable).
- Old furniture collection.
- Fire preventions.
SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE COMMUNITY OFFICE
- Maintenance of public order by contracting a vigilance service.
- Preparation of reports, invoices, documentation for General Assemblies, Minutes, collection of debts of slow payers, etc,.
- Legal advice of the community.
- Technical advice of the community (Technical Engineer).
- Representation & connecting owners with different organizations.
- Defend interests of all the owners with the protection of the general interests of the Urbanization.
- Water and sewerage service by contracting with a water company.
- Civil responsability insurance covering common areas of the Urbanization.
