Works carried out in November 2025

In our previous update we reported on a pest that was seriously affecting our palm trees. During the month of November, significant work has been carried out to remove the dead specimens from the streets of the development. As can be seen in the photographs, most of these palm trees were of considerable size, which has required a major effort from our staff.

Other noteworthy actions have taken place in our green areas. To this end, a backhoe loader was hired, enabling our workers to carry out a large number of improvement and maintenance tasks throughout the landscaped areas of the urbanisation.

In these same green areas, it has also been necessary to remove several pine trees which, due to various factors, had fallen to the ground, posing a potential risk to both safety and the surroundings.

In addition to these works, our staff have continued with the regular maintenance of the development, carrying out a wide range of day-to-day tasks such as repairing inspection chamber covers, maintaining and replacing road signs, repainting the lettering at the main roundabout, street cleaning, pruning of communal gardens, tidying up traffic islands, removal of excess soil, and other general maintenance activities.
