Annual General Meeting

Dear residents,

The statutes of the entity establish the need to hold the Annual General Meeting within ninety days from the end of the fiscal year. That is why the EUC has always summoned its annual meeting before the end of March of each fiscal year.

However, and as happened last year, due to the serious health crisis derived from COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the impossibility of holding face-to-face meetings, the Board of Directors has considered it appropriate to transfer the celebration of the Annual General Meeting to July 29, 2021, at Club La Naranja located in Calle Málaga, nº 4-6 in the urbanisation Sitio de Calahonda.

The Board of Directors of the EUC will send the summons for the Meeting with the correspondent attached documentation within the statutory period provided for this, and reserves the right to modify the proposed date in view of the evolution of the pandemic. Therefore, if necessary, by this means, we will inform you of any news or modification in relation to the holding of the General Assembly.

We ask for your understanding for this situation, totally unrelated to the EUC and we regret the inconvenience derived from this change.
