Last wednesday, the traffic circulation for vehicles was changed in calle Almería and Conde de Jordana making them a one-way system, so that the traffic flow is safer and in particular to create parking spaces on both streets.
All this following the recommendation of the Traffic Department of the Local Police of Mijas Town Hall and to find a solution raised by the neighbours of the area:
– The danger of the abrupt grade change.
– No parking spaces, cars would park on the paviments blocking the way of pedestrians or park on the road invading a lane.
