During February, our Technical Service has carried out numerous maintenance operations. As reported in our previous newsletter, several trees had fallen, and unfortunately, this situation has continued and our team has had to respond on multiple occasions, some of them urgently, to remove fallen trees from public roads as well as from various green areas across the urbanisation.

In addition, a wide range of works have been undertaken on the streets to address incidents such as fallen signs and bollards, alongside maintenance works on pavements and roadways, all aimed at ensuring safety and maintaining infrastructure in good condition.

In terms of gardening, alongside routine tasks, special cleaning works have been carried out in specific areas, notably along Cristóbal Colón Street.

Meanwhile, our cleaning service continues its regular street sweeping routes, also responding to additional incidents reported on a daily basis.
