As mentioned in previously, our operational services continue with the general maintenance of the common elements of our urbanisation that are under our responsibility. These actions, as most of our property owners know, include street cleaning, clearing and cleaning of green areas for the fire prevention plan, painting both the roads and pavements, garden maintenance, garden waste collection, pruning of short palm trees, repairs of pavements, curbs, gutters, manhole covers, and any other issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis, such as installing metal bollards, posts and road signs, replacing parts of rubber speed bumps, etc.
- The number of broken or improperly placed manhole covers is increasing, and given the danger they pose, as soon as we become aware of them, we proceed to mark them, identify those that are our responsibility, and repair them. For those that are not our responsibility, we inform the responsible company. Most of the time, we have to repeat the communication several times and insist a lot because some companies are not very diligent in repairing their covers.
– We are continuing with the painting of the sidewalks:
– In gardening, we must highlight that the water restrictions have impacted our gardens and parks. Nevertheless, we continue with their maintenance and are optimizing resources. Tuesday is the day we are allowed to water, following the guidelines of the latest municipal decree.
– Miscellaneous: Here are some photographs of the issues that have arisen in our common areas as a result of daily wear and tear. These include the repositioning of bollards, posts, and traffic signs, as well as the replacement of rubber speed bump pieces, among others.
