Work Carried Out in May at Sitio de Calahonda

During the month of May, significant maintenance work was carried out throughout Sitio de Calahonda, with a special focus on land clearing. The recent rains have caused rapid growth of vegetation, leading to additional workload to ensure the safety and proper upkeep of our green areas.

Following an initial assessment of the entire urbanisation, the areas requiring immediate attention were identified. As a result, a specialised company was contracted to carry out clearing work in those green zones where overgrowth posed a risk, thus complying with the urbanisation’s Self-Protection Plan.

At the same time, our maintenance staff have also been actively working on clearing and cleaning other areas, contributing to the overall effort to keep the urbanisation in optimal condition.

In addition to these extraordinary actions, we continue to take care of the daily maintenance tasks essential to a community the size of Sitio de Calahonda.

4.- Our staff follows a weekly cleaning route, in addition to responding to any incidents as they arise. In the case shown in the photos below, on Calle Málaga, soil and other debris had accumulated due to several factors. Issue resolved.
