During the past month of March, our Technical Service has continued carrying out various maintenance works across different areas of the urbanisation, with the aim of ensuring the proper condition of infrastructure and the safety of all residents.
Following on from the works already undertaken in previous months, interventions have continued for the removal of fallen trees in several green areas, where our team has acted promptly to minimise inconvenience and secure the surroundings.
In addition, several actions have been carried out on public roads, including the repair and repainting of street signage, helping to improve visibility and the overall condition of the signs.
As part of road safety measures, the mobile speed deterrent radar has also been relocated. This device is periodically moved from one street to another in order to encourage compliance with the maximum speed limit within the urbanisation, which, as you are aware, is 30 km/h. In addition, several speed reduction bumps have been repaired in different streets to improve their effectiveness.
In the gardening area, alongside routine maintenance tasks, specific works have been carried out in different zones to improve their upkeep and appearance.
Meanwhile, the cleaning service continues with its regular street sweeping schedule, also attending to any additional incidents reported on a daily basis.
As always, we invite you to view photographs of some of the many works carried out by our team during the month of March.
