🔧 Work Completed in February 📸
February has been a busy month for our workers. We have carried out repairs, installations, and improvements, always committed to providing the best service.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our neighbors for their support and collaboration. Your reports help us keep Sitio de Calahonda in the best possible condition. 🙌

Here are some photos of the work carried out:
1.- Maintenance work has been carried out on sidewalks to keep them in good condition. However, we continue to face challenges, especially due to the extensive network of streets, which spans thirty kilometers. Additionally, the parking of heavy vehicles on sidewalks or other areas causes damage to manhole covers, streetlights, and public furniture, which we mark, repair, or report to the relevant company for prompt resolution. In many cases, our security company has been able to obtain the vehicle’s details, and our office takes care of claiming the damages caused.
2.- We continue with the maintenance of our green areas. Having 600,000 m² of natural spaces is a great advantage, but it also requires significant effort to keep them in good condition. That is why we focus our efforts on actions that preserve these spaces along with their flora and fauna.
Additionally, it is essential to implement fire prevention measures, especially since this is an urban area. In this regard, and in preparation for the spring-summer season, we are carrying out inspections and repairs on fences and access gates for maintenance and emergency vehicles.
3.- Regarding the maintenance of our green areas, we face a recurring issue: some irresponsible individuals use these spaces to dump pruning waste. This practice is not only illegal but can also lead to severe penalties.
Behind the EUC office, there is a designated area where pruning waste from the urbanization’s gardens can be disposed of, and the sub-communities have internal containers that we collect. Unfortunately, it appears that much of the waste being dumped comes from outside Sitio de Calahonda.
We kindly ask our neighbors to report any such activities to our security personnel immediately. Unfortunately, we have witnessed blatant cases occurring in broad daylight. Community cooperation is essential to stopping these behaviors, and thanks to your help, we have been able to identify and take action against some responsible companies.
4.- Lastly, we share some photos of the work carried out in our urbanization during February as part of the maintenance efforts to enhance its appearance and preservation.
