IMPORTANT NEWS-GARDEN RUBBISH COLLECTION

Dear neighbours,

Please be informed that the garden waste and pruning collection service is temporarily suspended.

This exceptional measure is due to the closure of all recycling plants in the Costa del Sol Occidental and the fact that the Junta de Andalucía strictly prohibits the temporary storage of green waste within the urbanization.

We are in direct contact with the Environment Department of the Junta de Andalucía to find a viable solution. This is a highly complex situation, and we are exploring every available option to restore the service as soon as possible.

We urgently request all residents:

• Hold off on pruning your gardens unless you have private space within your property to store the waste.
• Do not dump garden waste on public roads, communal areas, or next to rubbish bins under any circumstances.

🚨 NOTICE OF FINES:
Both the Local Police and our Private Security team are closely monitoring the area. Anyone caught dumping garden waste on the streets will be heavily fined.
