During the month of May, the Urban Entity focused its main efforts on the execution of cleaning, vegetation clearance and maintenance works in the urbanisation’s green areas, in compliance with the preventive measures contemplated in the Self-Protection Plan.
These actions have been aimed at reducing the vegetation fuel load existing in green areas and communal spaces, strengthening the urbanisation’s safety against the risk of fires and contributing to the adequate conservation of the environment.
Among the works carried out, the comprehensive cleaning of the green area located on Calle Almería stands out, where an accumulation of pruning waste and other vegetation residues had been detected. In this regard, property owners and residents are reminded of the obligation to deposit waste exclusively in the designated collection points, avoiding practices that may affect the safety, public health and image of the urbanisation.
Likewise, various gardening and vegetation clearance works have been carried out in different communal areas, as well as the removal of fallen branches and a dead pine tree that presented a potential risk to the safety of people and property.
With regard to infrastructure maintenance, repair and replacement works have been carried out on damaged manhole covers, as well as the repair and replacement of several bollards that had been damaged as a result of vehicle traffic and manoeuvres.
The Urban Entity maintains its commitment to the conservation and safety of the communal areas, carrying out periodically the necessary actions to guarantee the proper condition of the urbanisation and the well-being of all its residents.
