We would like to inform you that we have received a notification from the company responsible for the management of green waste, advising us of the temporary suspension of the acceptance of this type of waste at their facilities.
Please find below the notice we have received for your information:
“Dear Customer,
We are writing to inform you that, due to circumstances beyond our control affecting the capacity of our processing plant, we are obliged to temporarily suspend the acceptance of green waste at our facilities from Monday, 20 July.
We expect this situation to last for approximately two weeks, after which we will keep you informed regarding the resumption of the service.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and remain at your disposal should you have any queries.

We kindly ask you to inform your gardeners or maintenance contractors of this situation and, while this disruption continues, to limit the generation of garden pruning waste as far as possible, as there will be no green waste collection service until further notice.
In addition, our green waste drop-off area on calle Monteparaiso will be temporarily closed once its storage capacity reaches a level that makes this necessary.
As soon as we receive confirmation that the service has resumed, we will notify you immediately.
