Dear Owners,
We remind you that at the Annual General Meeting to be held on the 30th of July 2020, at La Naranja Club, C/Málaga, nº 4-6, first calling at 10 a.m., second calling at 10;30 a.m., the COVID-19 preventive measures will be carried out with strict compliance.
For this, we have planned that the room and all the furniture be properly disinfected.
Likewise, the use of masks will be required and we will have hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance to the room.
At all times, the minimum required distance must be maintained and, for this, the supplied chairs will have sufficient separation to avoid any risk.
Lastly, and due to the current situation, we understand that the meeting should be as short as possible and therefore we will shorten the interventions and explanations of the Board of Directors and President, opening the floor to questions for the approval of the items on the Agenda.
In February we sent all the summons documents by email, if you would like us to send you them again, please send your request by email. We remind you that you can be represented by another person and that the capacity of the room is limited and will be strictly controlled.
