Suspension of the General Asembly

As a consequence of the serious sanitary crisis derived from COVID-19 (coronavirus) and following the recommendations of the Government of Spain and the Andalusian Government, the Board of Directors has considered appropriate to proceed with the “SUSPENSION” of the ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY that was going to be held on March 26, 2020 at 10:00, at the Club La Naranja, C / Málaga, nº 4-6 of the Sitio de Calahonda Urbanization.

Likewise, we inform you that said meeting will be moved to next Thursday, May 21, 2020, in the same place and time indicated in the call. If necessary, by this means, we will inform you on any news or modification in relation to the holding of the General Assembly.

We ask for your understanding of this situation, totally unrelated to the EUC and we regret the inconvenience derived from said change.
